  • “Digicious” refers to the company offering software development services, training, internships, and placement support.

  • The term “User” includes website visitors, clients, interns, and referral agents.

  • By accessing this website or engaging in our services, you agree to these terms.

 

2. Business Services

  • Digicious offers software development, web/mobile solutions, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and related IT services.

  • Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before any work begins.

  • Clients must provide timely feedback and materials to ensure smooth progress.

  • Delays caused by the client may affect timelines, for which Digicious will not be held responsible.

 

3. Internship Program

  • The internship program is unpaid and requires a one-time non-refundable payment.

  • Interns will receive:

    • A joining letter

    • Self-paced training access

    • Project assignments and guidance

    • Experience letter after successful completion and 10-day notice

  • Interns are expected to complete tasks and maintain ethical conduct.

  • Failure to complete the internship, inactivity, or misconduct may result in termination without certification or refund.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Digicious, including internship fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refund requests will not be entertained for dissatisfaction, non-participation, or personal issues before 6 months.

 

5. Referral Program

  • Approved referral agents receive a unique coupon code to share.

  • Referrals using this code will receive a discount, and agents will receive ₹1,000 commission per successful enrollment.

  • Digicious reserves the right to cancel referral codes for misuse or unethical practices.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, training materials, designs, and project code remain the intellectual property of Digicious unless otherwise agreed.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Digicious is not responsible for delays, data loss, or third-party issues that may affect project outcomes or intern progress.

  • Job placement is supported but not guaranteed.

 

8. Privacy Policy

  • User data is collected solely for communication and operational purposes.

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.

 

9. Modification of Terms

  • Digicious reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Users are advised to review this page regularly for updates.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
